Deno
is the General Manager. His responsibility is to make sure that the store is run properly and that our customers are serviced beyond their expectations. He is busy
ensuring that stock levels are correct and that Orvac is operating at
the highest level of efficiency possible. His job is also to find and keep top
notch employees to better help and properly service our customers.
Next to our customers, our employees are our greatest asset and we
do our very best to keep them motivated and trained to provide the service that
you've come to expect from us. If you have a suggestion, complement or complaint, please let Deno know immediately. We
value your input and will take prompt and appropriate action on all forms of feedback.

Patrick Is our data sales specialist, the go-to guy for Cat5e, Cat 6 and fiber optic network solutions. He has been working with network installers and operators for five years. “I love working at Orvac where the focus is on taking the time to make the customer happy, not on making a quick buck.”

Glenn is our audio equipment specialist. He has been servicing and selling audio equipment for over 30 years and has been with Orvac for 14 years. When it comes to electronics, he is a wise sage eager to share his knowledge. “I love teaching the customer what he needs to know to make the right decision.”

Jorge has been with Orvac for more than 15 years specializing in video surveillance equipment. He takes pride in designing quality camera systems for Orvac’s customers. “I want my customers to get the best solution the first time and not have to deal with low quality items.”

Bill has been providing excellent service in the warehouse and shipping department at Orvac for three years. His patience is a wonderful asset to his skills set. “Listening is the most important part of helping someone.”

Yvette Is our back office manager. She has been making sure things run smoothly at Orvac for over 7 years. Her friendliness and patience makes her a pleasure to work with. Is our Office Manager. Yvette makes sure the office runs smoothly, bills are paid and customers are taken care of in a timely manner. Yvette also has the task of keeping LJ organized and on track. One day she will get his desk completely clean. Vicky works in Accounts receivable. Lynn is in new accounts and Vanessa is our office assistant. Vicky is in charge of our cashiers as well as taking care of our open accounts. Our office staff keeps things running smoothly. Any A/R or A/P issues should be directed to them.

Jeff
Is the Purchasing Manager and handles 95% of Orvac’s purchasing. Jeff started at Orvac in shipping and receiving and has worked his way up into Purchasing/Product Manager. Jeff knows our inventory better than most and is very efficient at keeping our selves stocked. Jeff is very familiar with our vendors and works with our sales people in getting you quotes and information on your orders. If you are a new vendor Jeff is the person to contact. We buy and sell products from the best vendors in the industry. Our vendor relationship is extremely important to us and the customers we service. Our vendor relationships allow us to be competitive and have the latest and best products on the market. Without our valued suppliers we would have nothing to sell. Jeff is always available for any questions or comments. For individual order status or item questions it would be better to call our qualified sales staff to quickly assist you.

Ben For the past 7 years, Ben has been helping customers find the right solutions to whatever electronics problems they might have. The store’s best “go-to guy,” he has the most versatile knowledge about all the different departments in our store. “I love surprising customers by going way over their expectations. It’s kind of fun to do the impossible!"

Jim Started working at Orvac in 1981 and was quickly promoted to manager. He is responsible for high-volume industrial sales. “My goal is making sure Orvac customers receive the very best service. I always say that service is the only thing we sell.”
