Frequently Ask Questions

What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday 8:30 – 6 and Saturday 9:00 – 5:30. We are closed on Sundays and most major holidays.

Where are you located?
We are located at 1645 E. Orangethorpe Avenue, Fullerton, CA. 92831. We are about two blocks off of the 91 Freeway between State College and Raymond. If you are going West on the 91 exit on State College and turn right at the end of the ramp. Go two stop lights to Orangethorpe and turn left. Go about three blocks and we are at the corner of Acacia.

If you are going East on the 91 exit Raymond, turn left at the end of the ramp and go about two blocks to Orangethorpe and turn right.

Do you carry computer peripherals?
We do NOT carry motherboards, memory, video / sound boards, or hard drives. We DO carry almost ALL of the cables and gender changers that you will ever need.

Do you carry home electronics?
We do NOT carry TV’s, VCR’s or DVD’s. We DO carry ALL the HDMI or DVI cables that you will need. We also carry a wide range of optic cables and accessories. We have a wide variety of mounting solutions for ALL sizes of the current TV’s. We also offer a large selection of in-wall speakers, cable and the necessary connectors for your convenience. We also offer RSC (Residential Structured Cable Hubs) to vastly simplify multi-media installation in either new or redecorated homes.

Do you do repairs?
Unfortunately, we can NO Longer offer this service. We simply do not have the necessary tools or time to do it correctly. This also includes watch batteries because many watches require a special tool to remove the back.

Do you do installations?
We do not have the people available to do installations but we have customers that do. We would be happy to refer you to several of them so that you can make a choice.

Do you do assembly or custom cables?
We do not have the people or space to do either but will be happy to refer you to some of our customers that do. Some of our suppliers will also do a special for you if you meet their minimum requirements. Ask one of the people in our Industrial Group to assist you
