Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days, subject to a return authorization (RA#) from Rebuild Skills. For an item to be eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) it must be in its original packaging and unopened. All returns require a Return Authorization number (RA#), which you can obtain by sending us an email. This is the only source of Return Authorization. Upon receiving the RA, we will verify the contents and condition of the returned items and issue a refund. All returns are subject to inspection. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or packaging. If a returned item is found as damaged or missing components, this can reflect a change in the amount refunded.

If an item you received is defective, please notify customer service within 30 days of the initial purchase. Our customer service team will ask for photos and descriptions of all defective items, so please have this information ready when requested. No Goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
